Sizecurve — Terms of Service

Last updated 13 September 2026. Installing Sizecurve means accepting these terms.

The service

Sizecurve reads a Shopify store's products, orders, refunds and stock levels and returns size curves, broken size run alerts and suggested reorder quantities. It is a decision aid. The merchant decides what to buy; Sizecurve does not place orders, does not write to the store, and holds no permission that would let it.

Data protection

For data protection law, the merchant is the controller and Bananafest Destiny is the processor. As processor we agree that we:

Sub-processors: Cloudflare, for hosting and storage. Resend, for delivering the weekly email — it receives your store's contact address and the text of that email, nothing more. Shopify, as the source of the data. There are no others.

Billing

Sizecurve is billed through Shopify on the merchant's usual invoice. Cancelling is done in the Shopify admin and takes effect at the end of the billing period. We do not handle card details.

Accuracy

Forecasts are estimates built from a store's own recent history. Where a style has too little history to forecast, Sizecurve says so rather than presenting a confident number. Purchasing decisions remain the merchant's, and we accept no liability for stock bought or not bought on the strength of a recommendation.

Availability and termination

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. A merchant may uninstall at any time, which ends these terms and deletes the stored record. We may end service for non-payment or misuse, with notice where practical.
